Hong Kong– Manulife (International) Limited (MIL) has received the “Gold SuperBrand Award” from Reader’s Digest in recognition of its commitment to providing superior value and excellent service for its customers. The Reader’s Digest “SuperBrands” is an annual survey conducted in Hong Kong and five other Asian markets to find out which are the top-of the-mind brands most loved and trusted by consumers across 41 product and service categories. The insurance category is an addition to the existing brand classes in the survey, which was launched in 1999.

Manulife was rated significantly higher than most of its peers in Hong Kong by readers of the magazine as well as consumers, who recognised its outstanding performance in the five determining areas: quality, value, trustworthiness, a strong image and understanding of customer needs.
