These positions can also be a pipeline into the Actuarial Development Program and are available in our Kitchener-Waterloo, Montreal, Boston and Toronto offices.

Recruitment for Actuarial co-ops takes place in January, May and September. Students not enrolled in a co-op program should apply in September to be considered for the summer internship program.

Initial roles are completed in the geography where you are hired, either Canada or Boston, after which there may be the opportunity to complete international roles within North America, Asia or Europe. While not required, international roles are strongly encouraged. Upon meeting the skill and course requirements through the completion of three to four well-rounded roles, you will graduate from the program into a role that best aligns with your experience and career interests within the organization.
